You need a FlashCom Server from Macromedia: Prices for this kind of servers are quite high.
However we can sell the source code so you can host the application on your own server.

How many connected people can I have simultanously?
we allow up to 30 connections. If you need more than 30 connections, you must purchase a second licence.

we allow up to 1000 records in the database . If you need more than 1000 records, you must purchase a second licence.

Check the firewall options. Dialogoo uses standard HTTP ports.
